How fast can you click? Pick a duration, click the field as fast as you can and measure your clicks per second (CPS).
The CPS test starts with your first click and counts every click until the chosen time runs out. At the end you see your CPS value. Try techniques like jitter or butterfly clicking and compare your results over 1 to 60 seconds.
Beyond the fun factor, the click test is a good way to check that your mouse button reliably registers every click. Missing or double-counted clicks point to a worn-out switch.
Around 5–8 clicks per second is normal. With techniques like jitter or butterfly clicking, double digits are possible.
